Palette+ Support

Save a color

Choose Add Color in Palette+ to sample a photo or enter a HEX or RGB code. Before saving, you can choose a palette and add an optional color name. The photo itself is not stored or synced.

Add the keyboard

Open Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard, then select Palette+. In any text field, use the globe key to switch to Palette+ and tap a saved color to insert its code.

If colors do not appear, open the main Palette+ app once to refresh shared data, then reopen the keyboard. iCloud updates can occasionally be delayed by network or operating-system conditions.

Use Palette+ on Mac

Open the quick palette with its keyboard shortcut, then copy a saved code or sample a color from the screen or an image. Sign in with the same Palette+ account to share purchase access between iPhone and Mac.

Purchases and account

Palette+ is planned as a one-time software purchase, not a subscription. Account deletion removes purchase-sharing access but does not request a refund. For purchase or refund questions, include the platform and approximate purchase date without sending card details.
